Edward-James Surveying, Inc. is always looking for motivated, qualified surveyors to join us in providing high-quality
surveying to our clients. Experienced survey CAD technicians are also encouraged
to apply. If you're a "self-starter" and want to work in one of
the most beautiful areas of the United States, we're located at the base of Pikes
Peak in Colorado Springs, CO. Fishing, hunting, skiing, hiking, camping, and
mountain biking are all close by.

Experienced surveyor to work as a one-man field survey crew
with a robotic total station. Experience with robotic total stations
and data collectors required. Colorado driver's license required.
PLS or LSI preferred. GPS experience a plus. Experience with
Autodesk Land Desktop or similar software a plus. The successful
candidate will have solid field experience in all phases of land and
construction surveying, including Boundary surveys, ALTA surveys,
Topographic surveys, Improvement surveys, Design surveys, House and Building
staking, Subdivision staking, Highway, Bridge, and Roadway staking, Utility
staking, etc. |
CAD Technician
(Surveyor) |
Senior CAD Technician with
experience in Land Surveying, to work using Autodesk Civil 3D.
Calculate construction staking from plans; reduce field data for Boundary,
Design, and Topographical surveys; produce Plats, Easement Exhibits, and
other documents; research and write legal descriptions; etc. Solid
experience with one or more Civil Engineering CAD packages such as Autodesk Land Desktop, Autodesk Civil 3D,
or Carlson Civil software is
required. PLS or LSI a plus. Field survey
experience a plus. |
