Company History

Edward-James Surveying, Inc. was founded in Colorado Springs in 2003 by James L. Sincovec and Edward R. Fisher.

That first year, Edward-James Surveying, Inc. ended up with several large projects spread across the State of Colorado, from La Junta in the east to Gunnison in the west. This required our crews to spend more time away from home than we liked. But through it all, Edward-James Surveying, Inc. established an excellent reputation as producers of solid Surveying, quickly producing high-quality results under any circumstances.

By the second year, Edward-James Surveying, Inc. had established a solid client base in the Colorado Springs and Pueblo areas. The majority of our work is now done in these areas, but we still have occasional projects in the far reaches of Colorado. Early in 2006, Edward-James Surveying, Inc. established a second office in Pueblo, to better-serve our growing customer base in that area.

These days, Edward-James Surveying, Inc. is known as one of the premier Land Survey firms in Central and Southern Colorado. Our trademark is our accuracy, our speed of completion, our ability to work within budgets, and our responsiveness to the changing demands of our clients and our industry. Our goals are to deliver cost-effective, quality products and services, on time and within budget, to all our clients.
